USE OUR SOFTWARE FOR GOOD, NOT EVIL!
We're reasonable people, and we expect you to be reasonable, too. We hope you'll use and enjoy our software, and that everybody will be happy. Nevertheless, since not everyone plays nicely, we must point out that the use of our software to send unsolicited commercial messages, harassing messages, or any other messages that would generally be considered to be offensive in nature is expressly prohibited. If we receive a complaint about the cards you are sending (for any reason, not just limited to those stated above), we may, at our sole discretion, block you from using our service, and be under no further obligation to you for any reason.

SPAM POLICY
We do not participate in spamming and have a zero-tolerance policy regarding spam.

PRIVACY POLICY
Our privacy policy is simple. We will not share your personal information with any person or company outside of our own company, unless required to do so by law.

USE AND STORAGE OF YOUR DATA AND IMAGES
We want to know how you use our software, so we can make it better for you.

When you send a card, data is transmitted over the internet from your mobile device to our server, compiled into an email, and then sent to the recipient(s) you designate. We log some of this information, but only for statistical, troubleshooting, and product enhancement purposes. We may use this information to contact you (such as to help troubleshoot an issue, or to ask for your feedback so we can improve our products)--but we will only do so very rarely.

The card image you create and send may be stored on our server for up to seven days, but will only be used internally to improve the quality of our products and services.

We do not use the information collected for any other reason, and we will not share your information with any other companies.

TERMS OF SERVICE
If you are found to be violating any of our policies (such as using our software to send spam or harassing messages), we may terminate your ability to send cards with our software at any time, and for any reason we see fit, and will be under no further obligation to you whatsoever.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
We use Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which can be found here.
